BREAKFAST ...
Rates include an all-you-can-eat country breakfast from our incomparable menu. Breakfast time is arranged the night before to accommodate guests' morning plans.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT...
Check in time is usually 3:00 pm and check out is requested by 11 am. Special arrangements may be made with advance notice.

MINIMUM STAY... 2 nights on weekends

ADDITIONAL CHARGES ... Add $15 per night for single occupancy, foliage season (9/15 - 10/15) and Christmas (12/20 - 1/7) and Spring Break. New Hampshire State Tax of 9% and 15% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill.

PAYMENT ... We accept cash, personal or traveler's checks, Visa or MasterCard.

DEPOSIT ... A deposit of one night's stay can be made with Visa or MasterCard over the phone, or we need to receive a check within seven days. The deposit will be applied to the last night of your stay, therefore, an early departure forfeits the deposit.

CANCELLATIONS ... For deposit refund, cancellation notice must be received 14 days prior to arrival. If notice of cancellation is received within 14 days of your arrival, we will refund the deposit only if we are able to rent the room. A $10 handling charge is deducted from all refunds.
